The company managing director is David Barnard who has been involved in the Bakery Wholesale market for many years. David previously worked for British Bakeries at Croydon.
The Bakery production is Managed by Paul Charman, who has a life time of Baking experience having passed his City and Guilds as a Master Baker, way back in the 1980`s.
